There are many different things to put on your campground. Some help you in PvP fights, others make resting more efficient or enables you to get items and adventures.

Gives you more HP and MP when resting, and makes you slightly less vulnerable to attacks from other players.
Barskin Tent:

Gives you more HP and MP when resting, and makes you slightly less vulnerable to attacks from other players.
Cottage:
You have a cozy little cottage (30 power (6%)).
Use a Cottage.
Gives you more HP and MP when resting, and makes you slightly less vulnerable to attacks from other players.
Charming House:
You have a charming house (60 power (%12)).
Use a Frobozz Real-Estate Company Instant House (TM).
Gives you more HP and MP when resting, and makes you slightly less vulnerable to attacks from other players. Gives 40 HP and 40 MP at rollover.
KoL Certificate Of Participation:
Your KoL Certificate of Participation hangs proudly at your campsite.
Use a KoL Certificate Of Participation.
Shows that you have completed Toot Oriole's quests.
Orcish Meat Locker:
You have an Orcish meat locker at your campsite.
Use an Empty Orcish Meat Locker.
Reduces the amount of Meat an attacker can steal.
Bouquet Of Pretty Flowers:
Your campsite is adorned with X bouquets of pretty flowers.
Use a Pretty Bouquet.
Reduces Moxie of players who attack you, the more bouquets you have, the more efficient they are. The maximum number you can have is 9.
Meat Golem:
A fierce Meat Golem guards your goodies.
Use a Meat Golem.
Reduces the chances of attackers stealing your items.
Spooky Scarecrow:
A Spooky Scarecrow looms menacingly at the entrance.
Use a Spooky Scarecrow.
Reduces Muscle of players who attack you.
Barbed-Wire Fence:
You have a Barbed-Wire Fence around your campsite.
Use a Barbed-Wire Fence.
Weakens players who attack you. Gives 15 MP at rollover.
White Picket Fence:
You have a White Picket Fence around your campsite.
Use a White Picket Fence.
Weakens players who attack you.
Clockwork Maid:
You have a Clockwork Maid at your campsite. She cleans up for you, and saves you a little bit of time each day (+4 Adventures/day.)

Gives 4 extra adventures/day.
Chef-In-The-Box:
You've got a chef-in-the-box. He'll save you time by cooking stuff for you.
Use a Chef-In-The-Box.
Free cooking.
Bartender-In-The-Box:
You've got a bartender-in-the-box. He'll save you time by making cocktails for you.
Use a Bartender-In-The-Box.
Free bartending. After an unknown number of uses the bartender will explode. You'll get back some of the parts to make a new one, and a number of drinks, some of which can only be got this way. Gives 15 HP and 15 MP at rollover.

Use a Familiar-Gro Terrarium.
Allows you to have familiars.
Beanbag chair:
You've got a comfy beanbag chair.
Use a beanbag chair.
Lets you relax and regain some MP.
Colossal Closet:
Your Colossal Closet contains X items.
Available at the start.
Allows you to store items and Meat, and prevents them from being stolen in PvP, except if you have nothing in your inventory or are carrying no Meat.
